The truth is that for a successful entrepreneur, it is always about the money AND the mission. They are two sides of the same gold coin.
Whenever you say “It’s not about the money,” you are subconsciously telling yourself that your work doesn’t have intrinsic value. You are telling your Survival Archetypes (especially the Victim or Child) that they can stay in charge because it doesn’t matter anyway.
Well, it does matter. It’s time to stop the rot.
